Ever since I have the iPhone with me, I've been uploading alot of series and video to it and watch at leisure be it while I am traveling or on bed and some of the series that I have been following are actually The Walking Dead and Downton Abbey since the demise of Sex and the City years ago. Nothing really gets to me these days other than abit of British humor and drama. For me, the Walking Dead is beyond the zombie genre - I mean its genius in the sense that life after the fall of civilization is not just a mere 3 hours movie when you blow away everything and escape the hordes into the sunset. It's the mundane day to day survival that is the scariest. Everyone has a story when it comes to coming out and that's nice. Since it's the National Coming Out Day, thought I would like to share mine, it's nothing special. Maybe so for me because it wasn't anything dramatic or life changing and perhaps thats the way it should be. But it changed the course of my life and I cannot imagine living otherwise. I remembered coming out to a bunch of friends in high school towards the end of the course, I don't remember why I did it but I just did it. It didn't feel weird and after that, it has become easier and I have never live my life pretending to like girls etc anymore. I didn't pretend to be not gay in my college and has always been out at work. I guess cats can go like, yeah well who are you kidding if you don't come out, people already knew - but hey at least I have the guts to live my life the way I want it to be. For the coming weeks, I would like to explore and think more about the issues that seems to bother us gay men till the cow comes home and make cheese and sometimes when you think a little deeper about, you will find yourself asking why are the rest of the gay world doing all this silly things, thinking about silly shit and sometimes even catching your ownself guilty of commiting things that are almost always superficial faster before you can say 'herd mentality'. The thing that I have strike me most, I believe from the begining of time would be our attraction to great physique - either the need to be near one or the longing to have a great one - doesn't matter which one because it is equally important for most people anyway. Please, admit it - the first thing you would probably searched for when you first access the www was probably pictures of hot guys. I knew I did. Ha. And I don't think it's wrong. Hell, I like looking at a hot bod just like any other fag out...

...I sure sucked at talking about it. It's not always like that, you know. Maybe the love is gone or the love is somewhere, I just need to find it. But having said that, I am still (I like to believe) in tune with what's going on in the industry. Anyhoo, I have been seeing some LGBT related ads lately done by some retailers in the states and while some of us might praise them for taking that small step forward, I think it is still very very small step ahead. But of course the pink dollar is huge, it was reported that gay couples spent millions in New York alone for wedding when it was deemed legal (if I am not mistaken) last year? I quite like the version done by Target. I don't think alot of people have issues with the ad so to speak (yes there are some major bitching here and there but) because it doesn't relate to them. I mean it's the mentality of whatever lar, gay is fine as long as it's my son or daughter who is gay kinda thing. Then I will have issue....

After attending so many weddings and going through the shits of wishing and hoping and all. Here's something nice.

I remembered talking about this for many times now and it doesn't seem to get old. The thing that is getting old is me and with more experience, my views on it changed or rather become richer. When you're young, it's easy to be influenced by what is so called cool and it's not hard being cool just as long as you got the money for it. But then as you go along, you realised that everyone is donning the same thing and before you know it, you look just like anyone else. I know don't where the cool factor comes from because it seems like I am looking just like everyone else so I guess it's more to do with fitting in than standing out.
