Out of the blue, a free trip. Weekend getaway. Beach holiday. Who am I to disagree?

So my love for ramen continued - found myself going back to the same ramen shop to just steal away from everything that is happening. I am trying not to complain because no one likes a person who does nothing but complain about how sucky their life is or how hard their job is. The truth is, everyone to a certain extend have a sucky life so its a matter of how you deal with it that makes all the difference. And not to mention, all the so called suckiness is also due to one's own doing, So these days, I don't even want to talk about it. Or talk about anything at all. Hence all the pictures that I've posted lately. My only consolidation is to eat ramen. There's something sort of like anticipation when I ordered mine. It's not cheap. That I have to say as much. It just occured to me that Gigi Leung was married (I was watching some chinese entertainment show) and the presenter keep on mentioning husband this and that named Sergio. I didn't think any Hongkie would call themselves Sergio as they would probably opt for names like Handsome or god forbid, I don't know, Tarmen or something funky. So off to google I went. The thing about beaches is that without even realising it, most of my life's memorable moments were spent there and it kinda explains perhaps why I have always been drawn to the sea and sand. So I was talking about serendipity and how almost laughable that concept it. I suppose when you don't know any better, eveything is possible. And if life is like a movie, I would probably had one of the most interesting night of my life. It was a weekday so I've decided to drop by somewhere just to have dinner by myself. I don't usually eat dinner so to speak but the whole day I was munching on nothing but rabbit food. Right from the start it was nice because there wasn't too much of traffic on the road and easily I found a parking in that notoriously hard to find parking mall. From the moment I walked towards the escalator, I've noticed this guy - tallish, short haired, bespectacled with facial hair, young daddy-ish - typically how I like my men. I don't know why I have never mentioned Shawn before, he's definitely one of the hottest actor if not the hottest in Hong Kong. Personally I think he's hotter than Daniel Wu and quite a decent actor as well. Never purposely seek out for his movies, but rather catch his movies now and then on TV re-runs and always pleasantly suprised and charmed by his good looks. Won't go down the road on how he used to look, I mean all of us have been there - looking less than fashionable. He's in his 30s and men in their 30s are interesting having finally found what work and what doesn't work for them. Seriously my fav apart from Simon Yam (that guy is certainly talented and very fashionable). All in way his style is pretty laid back/Hong Kong-ish laddish, really like how he lives on wayfarer style sunnies (I think they are the best thing since sliced bread, I have two) and those oh so cute round glasses.
